Door Measurement

This service is provided to customers upon their first visit to the nearest branch and their request for door measurement services. This service determines the number of doors required, confirms the dimensions, orientations, and locations of the doors, and records any relevant notes.

This service is completed after measuring the doors and verifying the required number. The contract is printed and an installation date is set.

Maintenance Request

The customer submits a maintenance request by contacting the service provider branch, calling the unified number, or submitting an electronic service request. A specialized team will process and follow up on the request.
